Autumn Ginger Apples

  • 1 chopped apple

  • Knob of freshly grated ginger

  • Cinnamon stick

  • 1 teaspoon Magik Mushrooms

  • Squeeze of lemon

  • Raw honey

  • Peanut butter

  • Coconut yogurt

Toast the cinnamon for 1-2 minutes in saucepan to release flavor, add chopped apple, ginger and a little water (about 1 tablespoon) and simmer until apples soften.

Top with small squeeze of lemon, coyo, peanut butter, ground cinnamon, magik mushrooms and a little raw honey.
