Belly Soother

A delicious, zesty smoothie designed to help ease bloating and stomach upsets.

  • 1 cup of non-dairy milk or water

  • 1 tsp Extra Sensory Protection

  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger

  • squeeze of lemon juice

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 a date

Combine all ingredients into blender and blend on high!
